Reverend Dr Elizabeth Breakey was licensed to serve the partner charges of St Ninian’s Portpatrick and St John the Evangelist Stranraer on 23 August 2022.
Although a native Scot, Elizabeth moved from the Bellarine Gateway Anglican Parish near Geelong, Victoria. Originally trained as an engineer, Elizabeth moved to West Australia to work in the Oil & Gas industry, just for a year, back in 1996.
She is a Doctor of Ministry, specialising in congregations experiencing times of change.
The move to Stranraer, with two teenagers and two dogs, has been a positive move with lots of scope for adventures with her new charges.
